He’s worked across a wide range of market segments and technologies including civilian and defense networks, satellite services, command and control systems, engineering services, and staff augmentation.
Has 30 years of experience supporting federal business development efforts, with a primary focus on proposal development, coordination, and content integration for communications and IT services procurements.
